Our non-fiction authors are drawn from various religions and practices and have been seen to be involved and developing in their field of expertise for decades rather than months, or have an accredited background in the subject upon which they are writing. They understand that empiric knowledge changes with our growing understanding and are happy to point out their sources, or where changes have been made, or to draw attention to a comment as being a theory rather than as an unverifiable fact. This means that the reader can share the learning process, becoming a co-worker with a more experienced and open minded mentor rather than simply a 'student of' some self-appointed guru. As practitioners of their subjects, they are also aware of the practical applications of the information they are writing about and are interested in developing further rather than considering their current knowledge or information to be 'set in stone for all time'.
Since 1996 readers have been encouraged to contact our authors by mail/email and pose questions, observations or comment.
Conference, workshop or other organisers are also welcome to email.
